The NOCIBE cement plant is located in Masse town of Benin, which is about 120 KM from Cotonou port. The owner of this project is Senegal SAHEL group and the general contractor is China SINOMA group.
Through great efforts of SAHEL and SINOMA, the cement plant has went into operation in 2014, which can produce cement 3600 tons per day.
